Voluntary services throughout Shetland. Car service - transports disabled/ older patients to medical appointments in Lerwick by request of the NHS Shetland. Hospital Escort Service - accompany disabled/ older outpatients to UK mainland hospitals, by request of NHS Shetland. No charge for these services but they are happy to accept donations. They do offer other services.
